What happens when I hit the free tier limits?
Your existing protections stay active, but new messages beyond 100/day won't be scanned until the next day. Free users also get 1 inbox search per day. Upgrade to Pro for no daily scan cap, unlimited search, smart category filters, and saved searches.
How does the free trial work?
The 3-day free trial is offered once per mailbox. On a first-time Pro subscription you get full Pro features immediately and are billed $15/mo after 3 days; cancel from the billing portal during the trial and you are not charged. If this mailbox has already used its trial, a new Pro subscription starts billing at $15/mo right away — the button says so before you click it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your protection continues until the end of the billing period.
Is my email data safe?
All OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. SiftMail reads and indexes your email content to classify and organize it. Staff do not read your mail except in the narrow circumstances described in the privacy policy.
Do you support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Yes. SiftMail works with personal Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook.com, and Microsoft 365 business accounts.
